Long Term Athletic Development Program

Long-term athletic development (LTAD) programming is the basis for all future athletic skill expression.

For the younger cohort, this programming focuses on improving the physical qualities (mobility, motor control, strength and coordination) that are the foundation for continued skill development.

Our LTAD program is for ages 11-14, and helps lay the groundwork for future on-field success while preparing the athletes for the demands of high school sports and beyond.

Our LTAD System

Movement Mastery: We develop essential motor skills, refine movement patterns, and enhance motor control, creating a strong foundation for advanced athleticism.

Strength and Power: Building a robust base of strength and power for improved performance and injury resilience.

Speed, Agility, and Quickness: Enhance your ability to move quickly, accept forces, change direction and react to any situation on the field.

Core and Pelvic Stability: A strong core provides the foundation for optimal power transfer and injury risk reduction for growing bodies.

Why Choose Our LTAD Program?

Science-Based Approach: Our proven methods are backed by the latest sports science research. Programming similar to the customized athlete-centric model of our professional and college programs.

Expert Coaches: Dual-credentialed and experienced performance coaches experienced in training and reducing injury risk in young athletes.

Competitive and Educational Environment: Our young athletes learn their way around a weight room, how to maintain personal accountability, and how to properly execute lifts with intent.
