CORTX is the trusted performance home for some of the world’s best athletes. We offer comprehensive sports science and performance training systems at our training facility in Ponte Vedra, Florida; as well as remotely around the world. We strive to cultivate a team-based and dynamic environment where science informs programming, data guides progress, and innovation fuels athletic advancement. Over the past ten years our co-founders have provided custom development systems and sports medicine care for hundreds of elite athletes including: NFL Super Bowl Champions, NFL Pro Bowlers, NFL 1st Round Draft Picks, MLB Stars, Olympians, top national prospects and many more. 

Our team consists of industry-leading experts in sports performance, sports science, skill acquisition, and sports rehabilitation. At CORTX, we don’t operate in silos; instead, we create a synergistic continuum, blending high-performance care and performance systems for complete athlete optimization. Our state-of-the-art 4,800 sq ft facility provides our athletes with all the necessary tools and science-backed technology needed for a team based approach to optimize each individual athlete’s development. 

We don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions to training. Instead, we believe in customized sports performance programming, individualized for each athlete through detailed programming backed by science and tracked by data. Our data-informed process starts with an assessment to best understand an athlete’s movement quality, unique strengths, areas of limitations or weaknesses, and performance goals; in order to build out each athlete’s profile. Our training design at CORTX is a comprehensive training system tailored specifically to the needs of the athlete, ensuring every lift, sprint, throw and/or treatment session promotes positive athletic adaptations.
